This is the Maintenance Charter, which all tradespeople are expected to follow – as a minimum, and in addition to their registered Competent Persons Standard of Conduct.
We do NOT allow “handymen” or similar to work on properties. This is to protect the quality of work, ensure repairs or other work is completed by competent and registered tradespeople, and improve both the landlord asset while raising the standard/quality of living for tenants.
